Very long process which I found quite pathetic. You have to wait to do the interview at the end of the day, you are literally sitting in the staff room for the whole day doing nothing. You need to do a test and a student panel then they interview you if you pass which is pathetic and a waste of time, especially if you don’t pass the test and student panel.
