Quite delightful, actually. They were patient and asked straight-forward questions regarding personal expertise, hobbies, professional skills and any extra reading I've been doing. There were 3 rounds - personal, academic and genre-specific. Groups of faculty took their turn. I answered honestly and I'm assuming that played a key role in them being respectful and keen learners, likewise.

it was an online zoom call which was provided a day before the interview with specific time slots. The panel consisted of three to four teachers and a mediator. The greeted well and went on to straight technical questions.
