I found this interview very unprofessional. The person interviewing me was fixated on the gap in my employment history from being a stay at home mom and refused to consider extensive volunteer work in assessing my skills. She also made numerous comments about the fact that I don't wear much makeup and was wearing flat shoes instead of heals.
