Interview
The interview was virtual with a panel of 5-6 interviewers. Each person turns on his/her video during introduction only, mine was on through out.
The first instruction/question I got was "let us meet you". Three other questions followed from what I said in my intro.

Tell us about yourself. How would you handle difficult client. How do you ensure that your officer listen and obey your instructions.
oddysey test, role-specific interview, integrity test, medical examination, a phone call to confirm availability to resume and preferred work location, offer of employment, training and onboarding. The whole process took 8 months
The interview process starts with an aptitude test which is like one hour long with not too difficult. If successful, you get invited for Panel Interview and then an offer letter if successful. Medical and documentations then follow before resumption
