I submitted an application, got a call to come in for an interview with the manager and was offered a position. It was an enjoyable interview, learned more about the company and benefits, had a chance to meet the co-workers.

Apply online using the website. Applied due to college courses being offered but they’re only online. After applying they have an interview process with someone on staff. The time between applying and getting a contact can vary depending on who is looking at it.

it was awwful and never coming back again she gave me an average score rating in my performance review, which was lower than all my previous years' scores w/ other managers.

why did you try to work in starbucks when you cannot make a coffee?
General questions about customer service experience was asked. The interviewer was friendly and the process was quick. It seemed like a very busy shop that was understaffed. Everyone seemed very nice.
