How many years of experience do you have in coffee?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Starbucks (Auburn, AL) in Mar 2020
Interview
Super easy and laid back, just asks you hypothetical questions about time management and how you would mediate situations between your partners or between your customers, and how to make the moment right. Will want to know what makes you a good fit for the role, I focused in on the values Starbucks carries and how I wanted to carry those values also. I got the job same day.
