Very little question asked when moving from barista to supervisor position. Most answer to those question are basic day to day question based on barista job and a bit of team management.
The interview for Starbucks was in person on site at the store. They asked questions about how you work, your attitude, and your daily availability. It was an easy but thorough process.

Interview
I was invited to have a sit down with two managers and they asked me several questions to judge my suitability for the role. The interview lasted around 15-20 minutes.
