After going through some training they ask you to attend the interview and answer some questions in a relaxed, safe atmosphere. You will do it in the store and the staff and person in charge makes it easy for you.

easy process went and met a few team members, talked about my experience and history of jobs then got to know them and did some 121 training before starting a few small shifts
The interviwer was very friendly which made me feel relaxed and not too nervous. She was very professional. She showed me around the shop and how to use the coffee muchine.
