Quick, they really jsut wanted to see if I could speak to people and be friendly. Asked about availability, experience and some light personal questions to get me talking. Discussed previous food service experience that translated to this role.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you engage and connect best with a customer in a short period of time? What does exceptional service look like to you?
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. We appreciate your input and are happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the interview process here at Starbucks.
it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
