It was nice and low key. A phone interview first. I came in for the first interview with the area manager and he asked a few management questions and also wanted to get to know me as a person. The second interview was with the franchise manager and it was informal and got to know me as a person more and gave lots of opportunities to ask questions

Two district sanagers interviewing over Microsoft Teams. Extensive, heavy "STAR" use required in questions with follow up questions from interviewers. 5 questions for me but our interview went nearly an hour, overall friendly.

You first have a screen with the recruiter, and she sets up time to speak with you. If you pass that, you get sent to the DM and interview with that DM and another DM and then usually decision after that.
