Applied through the university. They emailed me about the interview- place and time. Interviewed at the university- about half hour. Standard interview questions- explaining about myself and my background (what's in my resume). They were quick to respond with the decision- hiring papers and all the paperwork was sent over quickly. Just be able to be clear and explain your background. Nothing too out of the ordinary.
