I received a phone interview after 1 week. Then I was invited to do an interview in the office. It was 1:1 interview, and most questions are CV-based, and also asked about whether you consider yourself as a team leader or member.

the Interviewers were 3 people, all the managers. The atmosphere was nice. They were willing to share their knowledge when I was not able to satisfy them and they would add something to your answers.

Interview
it took one day, including3 rounds in total, written exam-group interview-individual interview. And in each round, not all the candidate will go to the next round. The group interview was in Chinese and individual interview was in English.
