The interview did not test my knowledge it was behavioral interview types questions,I was expecting to be ask about my work ,what I do daily talk about my qualifications

How do u handle difficult situation?? How is it working with different cultures??
The interview process was fairly smooth. not many technical questions, mostly behavioral. overall the interview process wasn't too bad and difficult as i expected it was going to be. There was no technical hard questions only behavioral questions.
Straight forward 2 round interviews. Usual HR screening and Skills interview. Passed it fairly easily. Recommend doing some skills interview practice. Give as much as practical experience examples with Star approach.
The first stage is a phone interview with HR in English.
Next, a meeting with managers is scheduled. The meeting takes place online, and typical investment banking questions are asked like what is fund, forex ...
