Multiple rounds of interviews with long periods of no communication. The emails to HR and recruitment teams are not responded to at all. All in all, I had a phone screen, a phone interview, a face to face with one team's VP, then another VP who was the previous one's peer and then another VP who said I was "IN" and that this round is a formality, Then I got an email after 2 weeks that they chose someone internal. Go figure!
