The process took 2 days. I interviewed at State Street (London, England)
Interview
Total hiring process was of 2 rounds
1- Online test
2- Face to Face interview
Online test was quite easy with basic accounting and aptitude questions.
But 2 round selection is baseless selection, Hyderabad branch has many unprofessional HRs they don't know on what basis a candidate should be hired , hrs don't know basis of accounting and finance. Very unprofessional interview.
Mostly 1 round interview. Followed by HR round where salary would be discussed. You must know about the role you’re applying to and make sure you prepare well for the interview. The interview is mostly taken by the reporting manager or VP.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at State Street (Sydney) in Oct 2025
Interview
I was told there'd be a couple rounds of interviews but in the end there was only one. After that it took a month or so before their HR team based in India contacted me saying I had been shortlisted for the role.
