Very good in my opinion. Comprehensive and broad monitoring of competencies. I guess the success of company lies on this fact that they are conducting interviews efficiently. Recruitment was very satisyfing

1- telephone, simple questions like why State Street stc, 1 professional question
2- webex interview - more deep questions about derivatives, deginitions, types etc, few excel questions (catch up on that if you forgot functions)
