Normal, I was interviewed by three different people. All seemed nice and professional. I heard back the next day that they were interested and I accepted the job. Some candidates are interviewed by people who they will not be working for. This makes no sense to me at all. Not sure if they fixed it yet so the group where the candidate will be working are the ones who are doing the interview.

They asked about my tax experience. Typical interview questions. Some of the questions were the same and repeated by the second and third interviewers. I was asked about any Financial service tax knowledge.

the hiring manager and recruiter assistant are very unprofessional. they keep schedule an interview for weeks and finally set a date. Then the assistant asked me about my work eligibility. Then he canceled my interview due to spnsorship.
