Firstly, one is called to do a practical test which consist mainly on ones' ability to interpret the images/aerial photos. If one is successful, then you will recieve a call with the arrangements for an oral test. This is done mainly in the head office and one is assess on his/her ability to interpret current work position and how such relate to position applied for.
