Interview
There were two rounds of face to face discussion. The interview process was smooth and took 1.5 hours. The interviewers were evaluating on analytical thinking and rational thinking and how well an individual can relate present knowledge and skills to the business situations.

It was all around the concepts related to the position applied for and how these concepts can be best related with the nature of work. Situational questions were asked to understand the mindset.
