Stone Creek Resorts interview questions

Submitted resume and filled out a personality trait questionnaire, was called in for a in-person interview which was 90 minutes and was nothing like a traditional interview, the entire 90 minutes was spent going through the results of the trait questionnaire and making sure the results were accurate with in-person questions. At the end of the 90 minutes I was told my results were .5 points away from their "ideal candidate" in one of the categories and this would effect my potential as a candidate. Ultimately I never heard back. This process seemed highly critical of factors that ultimately did not consider my professional achievements and accolades, which you think would be considered when hiring someone versus a half point on a personality quiz.
