It was good interview experience though. Interviewer is very clam.but question level is bit difficult for me. But i try my best to give. I told him rate me on basis of my interview he gave me 5 out of 10.and told me brush up more for interview experience.
Not professional, and they will return the offer if you negotiate the salary with them, The first and second round is digital interview, and the last round is in-person. The questions are just normal interview questions, not hard.

Interview
I first had a virtual interview and then a week and half later they got back to me asking for an in-person interview. Everything went well. An offer was extended. I then tried to negotiate the salary by 4k and they rescinded the initial offer and said they made changes to the initial role (from Thursday to Monday). This is a start-up and after hearing this, it seems very disorganized and unstructured. This is a big red flag to me if they can't negotiate with you and don't seem confident in your abilities right from the start.
