They refused to disclose the relocation destination during interview process. Can't even begin to express how bizarre that is. They claim that only serious candidates are allowed to be privy to this information.

Multiple stages meeting with all relevant roles. Each stage describes gives you more information about the company and the work. The first stage was a conversation with the head of HR, before being given an assignment to work on. The next step after submitting the assignment was a conversation with the COO before the final interview with the CEO.
