A large group zoom call. It consisted of a person speaking about the company and how it started and not so much speaking, more so just listening. They asked for certain things to be put in chat and then sent a google form for completion with actual interview questions.

It was straight forward and people were welcoming. They wanted to get to know you, your background, and interests. They explained really well their goals and the role you were applying to.
