HR and team members interviewed me. Discussed my CS studies and background, behavioral questions about my approach to work, learned about company size and mission, and explored alignment between my interests and their business needs.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Straits Interactive (Singapore) in Dec 2021
Interview
I was first asked to complete a task which I completed with no issues. They then wanted to go on trial(paid) with them for 2-3 months in which I did.
At the end of the trial, they lowballed me after they saw my payslip (much lower then what I asked during the initial interview before the trial. They asked me for a trial period, doesn't that mean they agree to what I'm asking?).
The people responsible here are Kevin Shepherdson
and Andrew Fam - CTO (which also decided to ghost me of my final payment after I declined their offer. I have sent him tons of messages and got no reply.)
I'm not sure how a government-required service provide can and will try up to screw potential hires up (cause Malaysian, they lowball you cause apparently conversion means something to them)

Interview
Interviewers were nice and friendly in the beginning. But ended up giving a very low offer compared to the market. Promised to pay for answering the interview question but did not in the end.
