Strategic Management Partners interview questions

SMP was taking over our property for the bank during receivership. One of the 2 partners were there as well as the regional manager that would be over our property. They were open and genuinely interested in how we were operating and what was going on and wanted my honest opinion on the current ownership/management. They also really cared about the staff that was currently employed. A lot of companies like to clean house but they took the time to speak with everyone and got opinions on all staff from the managers.
