Interview
The first interview was a phone interview, it lasted 20 minutes and I couldn't get a word in the entire time. I only got to ask 1 question. The second interview was in person, and they proceeded to ask all of the most illegal interview questions possible, "how old are you"; "Are you married"; "What does your husband/wife do for work"; "Do you have any kids"; "Do you plan on having any children in the next couple of years". The questions made me feel very uncomfortable, so I would try and nicely make prompt them to look at my Graphic Design portfolio. They kept telling me that they don't look at the portfolio until the 3rd interview. There wasn't a 3rd interview, they had already sent me an email before I even got home on my 10-minute drive to tell me "We enjoyed hearing about all of your experience, but unfortunately we feel that you just aren't ready for a position like this".
