The interview process at StrattonOne was thorough, involving multiple stages, including an initial screening with HR, followed by in-depth discussions with the executive team. The questions were mostly focused on leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to drive organizational change. I was asked to provide examples of past leadership challenges and how I addressed them.
