Strobe Works interview questions

Horrible interview procedures are set here and it says a lot about the company. - First call happens. HR asks if you will take a pay cut on your current salary for a NEW job! - First interview happens after a month of the call (Note: Juniors are interviewing seniors here. I don’t know why.) - Assignment sent 20 days later after the first interview. - Final interview happens 10 days later wherein the shifty founder says it’ll be the last HR round because they liked my assignment. I heard nothing. The HR was MIA. 0/10 interview experience. This was a complete waste of my time and effort. Only the remote aspect sounds like a positive but in return, they make you work like crazy acc to the reviews. Thank god I saw the reviews on here because those alone sound like a nightmare.
