The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Strong-Bridge Envision (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Unprofessional Interviewer- Sr Recruiter
After arranging a phone call with their'Sr Recruiter', I was not interested to join their Company since the 'Sr Recruiter' was mean and rude. If the Sr employee speak unprofessionally, I can only imagine the kind of work culture they have. If you are desperate may be you can join them, but from the first impression I had, I was not even interested to be considered for future opportunities. Thank you but No thank you!
I applied online. I interviewed at Strong-Bridge Envision (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Phone call with recruiter. Interview was fairly easy and I did very well. Recruiter said she was sending an NDA and setting up an in person interview on a specific date with a time range. Date comes no meeting invite no NDA. I wrote to find out what happened and was told they were passing. Extremely bad taste in my mouth would not recommend.

Basic agile questions, back ground, strengths and weaknesses

Interview
Standard process, phone screen, interview, review of your resume. The main reason I wanted to leave a review was just based on the direction the initial interview went.
When I interviewed for the position, the recruiter asked me directly if I had experience with Web and Mobile products (digital products). A regular question given the technical consulting firm.
Coming from a technical consulting background myself, with a focus on the Microsoft stack, I explained that yes, I had experience implementing, designing and developing solutions both in the MSFT cloud using Azure, Dynamics, Office 365. All of which are web-based, cloud-based, and have mobile components.
It was clear that the interviewer did not have much experience with the Microsoft stack and didn't grasp that these were in-fact, relatable. I explained similar competitors (i.e. AWS for Azure, Gsuite for Office 365, Salesforce for Dynamics) and that they were all similar products that were web-based.
In the end, the recruiter decided that I did not have enough experience with web technology and/or web solution ownership, even though that's what I continuously reiterated during the interview, and that was literally the entire background of my resume.
In the end, I didn't expect it to go anywhere given where the conversation went, which happens - probably for the best given the disconnect in communicating my experience. However, I wanted to express concern on glassdoor for others who are going through a similar experience - it seemed pretty clear the recruiter did not seem to understand current technology (i.e. that developing on cloud and web based technology constituted experience in web products), which is kind of scary when you're hiring for positions that work on technical projects and handle delivery of software solutions.
In the end, YMMV, but just something to think about.
