All our offers are made in confidence that they are in the best interest of both parties, valuing the candidate’s skill level and previous experience. We endeavour to treat each candidate as an individual, foster open communication and value the time that candidates give us. Whilst salary negotiations are an important part of the recruitment process, we have to ensure that we are initiating relationships that are fair to both the employees and the level of the role.
