Horrible experience. From the start HR was hard to get a hold of and very slow to reply.
I had a screening call with HR, a call with the hiring manager, was asked to do a personality quiz?!, and an in-person interview with the hiring manager and someone else from the team. This process took over 5 months!! HR did not provide an update on the last interview until a month after and it was a generic rejection email.
The questions from the other team member in the group interview were hostile and not reflective of the role.

Online only interview as they still seem to not want to do in person meetings. Was required to make a PowerPoint afterwards as a test since the position requires lots of them

Phone screen + In-person interview. It was pretty straightforward. The phone screen was about 5~10 min, with basic questions that lead to an actual interview. face to face interview was about 20~25 minutes. It was at the dealership
