It wasn't clear what the entire interview process would look like and desirably, there could have been upfront compensation for the trial. It retrospect, the process makes sense, but since they recruit people without much experience, having it outlined would have been helpful.

I received a random message on LinkedIn from a recruiter. We had a call where they went over interview prep and scheduled the meeting. They asked pretty standard questions. Teaching experience, why teaching and why this specific academy, a time where you dealt with a difficult situation or person, how do you take constructive criticism then a simulated situation where they give you a scenario about ‘difficult’ parents and kids.
Not bad just a interview with normal amount of questions, I'm not the one who work as teacher that I came from EE background but they give me the interview
