Standard online application. HR screening interview followed by phone interview with HR. Finished process with lengthy in person interview with the position manager. Was told I was a strong candidate and to expect a call the following day but had to follow up myself. Process gave me negative impression of company values and culture.

Standard HR type questions, not a lot of depth, lots of random chatter. Weirdly personal and inappropriate stories shared by the interviewer made the experience awkward and uncomfortable.
