It is a very thorough process. The first time can be in person or on the phone. They just kind of tell you a little about the job and if it's something you're interested in, they set up a second interview. The second interview is in person and they go over more detail about the job and ask a little about you. At the end if they ask you to come back for a 3rd interview, you meet with the owner.
