With the GM friendly opened interview, explanations about all processes of the Company, couldn´t go through all the info to check and validate it. We met one year before, January 2014 during an event. After that he got in touch with me and begun to make some offers and the negotiation begun, it took almost 6 months to close a deal. It was a new Company with selling problems, said by the GM. When I started I realice that the problems in all proceses of the company were more than explained by the GM, many of them because a lack of direction and General Managing skills.
