Interview

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Super Cheap Signs (Austin, TX) in Oct 2013
Interview
I was first contacted via phone after I applied. My location, when would I be available to interview and my experience was asked. Upon arriving I was given two separate design tests, one written and one on the computer, a face to face interview proceeded wherein pay, benefits, and company processes were discussed, a link sent via email for a personality assessment to be filled out by me. The interview was brief but pointed and specific.
