Starting off I found this position through LinkedIn. I got a call the next day for an interview. The initial interview was with the "scam boss" I mean manager and the interview was easy. He was looking for people that were hard working and determined and all that stuff they say in MLM pyramid schemes. he told me by the end of the day if I would advance to the next interview which I did. Interview lasted around 30 mins.
Second interview was more relaxed and I honestly did not give a crud after 5 mins into it. Kinda just agreed to everything. Was working for a week and hated it since the beginning.
Felt suspicious ever since I started. A lot of the things they did were old school like door-to-door sales. Hours were long and they hated when you have other priorities other than the company's. Horrible culture. Everyone looks happy on the outside and depressed inside.
I stayed for a week and left when I did my research. On my last day they hated that I was saying my farewells to everyone. Someone said that it encourages employers to leave also. Leaders there were pretty scummy and knew that the company is a scam. You also don't make as much as they say you would. At most you probably make as much as minimum wage. I wished I knew they were a pyramid scheme from the beginning.
Being a dumb college graduate I accepted any job that offered me one.
DO YOUR RESEARCH AND RESEARCH THE COMPANY. If its too good to be true then its too good to be true.
tl;dr: Company is a MLM pyramid scheme. Don't apply. Rethink your future.
