Susan's Restaurant interview questions

I went in, filled out an application, and got interviewed on the spot (down the hallway between the restaurant tables and bathrooms). I was told the Indeed post was old and they weren't currently hiring. I got asked to give details about a medical condition that's since been resolved on a job I left, going against ADA guidelines (discrimination litigation-worthy). I continued to get asked questions about previous employment beyond the spaces for 3, all information that was given on the resume I also handed in. I've tried reaching out to the restaurant 2 other times to speak with someone else about professional development and laws pertaining to the ADA (especially for hiring personnel) but never heard anything back.
