Hr shortlisted my profile through one of the job portals and called me stating that there's requirement for AR callers as I had 1.5yrs of experience into same domain. The interview process consisted of 3 rounds. 1)Domain Knowledge Online test (RCM questions) cleared that round. 2)Operations Manager round ,he asked about CPT codes and denial management. 3)Hr Round with the same Hr. She offered very less package by stating that they have some pay bands above which they cannot permit and expectations went down south. So rejected the offer by saying will get back to you, Over all I had a neutral experience

Interview was Moderate. They check only communication skills. They asked read paragraph. And asked to tell hobbies, wgat are the goals u have. They asked to talk about 4 min each topic.
