One in person interview, was short but filled in a lot of information about the company. Asked a couple technical questions and then provided a take home coding challenge. Afterwards was scheduled for another interview and received an offer.

Question 1
What is the difference between an abstract class and an interface?
I had an initial phone interview that went great. I then went for an in-person interview and spent 3 hours interviewing with multiple people and completing a technical portion. After that much time, I expected some sort of email, even if I didn't receive the job. They never sent me anything afterwards, even when I followed up multiple times. My time was not valued and I deserved an email telling me I did not receive the position.
