Had 3 rounds of interviews with the last being a case study presentation. Got through the case study, thought it went well, was told I would hear back in a week and proceeded to get ghosted. I followed up with HR multiple times and heard nothing. This was all after I was told 3 different dates, 3 different times for the case study interview. Very nice people and the company has a solid mission and product but their communication, organization, and interview/hiring process has a lot of room for improvement.
