Short and straightforward. The interviewee was very friendly but you can sense strictness. Which is good. Because it shows he/she knows her stuff very well and you can learn a lot if got the opportunity. But it feels like a start up company - so need to be prepared for unpaid overtime, lack of benefits, and a lot of learning without guidance. Not for the faint of heart!
