Zoom Interview with multiple candidates. They ask questions and give each candidate a chance to respond. This is a group interview and the first initial interview. After the initial interview they allow one candidate to shadow in office for second interview.

Applied for a management role. Ended up being offered a sales role and "possibly" a management role after "anywhere between 6-10 weeks." Waste of time don't fall for their job postings as they are pretty much all cold calling sales.
