Syrup Technologies interview questions

The first round ended in 5 minutes as they asked me to work on an assignment which was a launch campaign for a brand along with 3 months social media strategy for the same brand. I went their office again for the second round to present my plan to them. They kept me waiting for more than an hour as the managing director went out for a meeting after scheduling my second round. After he came, I presented my plan which he liked and asked me to join them as early as possible,. After the presentation they gave me a writing test which I completed in half an hour. After every round the managing director asked me to join them as soon as possible so I told him to share the offer letter but I didn't receive one. I contacted the third-party recruitment agency from which I got the call for interview to remind them the same but I didn't heard anything till the day that is two months now. Basically the ask people to come down, work on an assignment, present it to them so they can take those ideas without hiring you. In a gist, they are basically frauds and they would take your ideas without letting you know.

interview process was not that tedious. just the basic interview was held. major decision was held on the basis on technical round. which was a big one. and consisting of multiple rounds. Hiring took more than usual time but was worth it.
