I recently visited syspree for an interview. After a 5-minute introduction, I was informed that I would be called for the machine round the next day. However, without conducting any technical evaluation or skill testing, I was later informed that I was not shortlisted.
It was disappointing to take a leave from work and travel all the way to their office for something that could have easily been handled over a phone call or online meeting.
Candidates’ time and efforts should be respected, and proper evaluation should be conducted before making decisions. I hope the company improves its interview process in the future.
