Interview
First of all they will have a Screening test. Then followed by the Training which will be according to screening feedback that it is required or not. then simultaneously they will Market the profile too and then atlast support. so this is how they work.

they have good process for the interview. You will be having knowledge what exactly they are looking. I did 3 screening with them. I like skype round. apart from core technical question everything was good
