I was referred to the position by a current employee in January. I didn't hear from anyone until early March, but once I heard from the awesome recruiter, things moved pretty quickly. Initial phone screen, phone interview with a hiring manager, face to face interview (actually had 2 because there were 2 managers hiring under the same req), and finally a panel type interview/presentation with hiring manager and regional manager.
