Interview
The initial interview was the HireVue digital interview where I was asked series of questions with a limited time to answer professionally. After 2 weeks I was contacted by the HR manager who asked me to come in for "A Day In The Life." Usually when you complete this process you are hired and they set up a training schedule.

The interview was smooth. They asked several behavioral based questions, as well as a role play. Before the interview they took you on a tour to ease the stresses that come along with interviewing which was nice.

Easy and fun you get an assessment and you kind of role play to get a feel of how you would handle a customer. I enjoyed the assessment part because it showed you a layout of how calls would be taken and notes to write down.
