I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at T-Mobile in Aug 2011
Interview
I was already employed and it was a promotion. I was a sales lead before and was just asked if I wanted the promotion due to high numbers and production out of my currant store. It would be a much different process If I had not already been employed. I have sit in interviews for managers and It is a good experience. It would take at least a month consisting of probably three interviews for a new candidate.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is the difference between empathy and sympathy.
Wasn’t bad process, but not paying enough for me to stay. Good place to start a career at though. But just not for me to be honest, you learn how to communicate with people and find their needs
Wasn’t hard just a basic interview job was alright I would recommend Verizon, they try to build culture and make you work hard for commission but the commission rates are horrible
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Houston, TX) in Mar 2019
Interview
Fairly quick and right to the point. I did get the job. I would recommend to have sales experience prior to joining T-mobile. Other than that, it is really fair game.
