3 Rounds of interviews, gradually progressing in supervisor level. The interview questions are behavior based questions. They are looking for specifics about real situations. Think about as many possible scenarios that were positive and negative. Answers should be structured in the form of STAR

They love answers that explain what you learned from the situation and how you would approach the similar situations in the future.

Two interviews on a panel of other managers that pass you off to the district manager. You’d need to have a 20 minute presentation going over why you are the person for the job and your credentials.
